4. Alennukset:
Toistoalennus 5 % saman vuosineljänneksen aikana tapahtuville toistoille.
Suurasiakasalennus erillisen sopimuksen mukaan. Vuosisopimusalennus ja toistoalennus korvaavat toisensa.
5. Reklamaatiot:
Kirjallisesti 7 päivän kuluessa lehden ilmestymisestä. Lehden vastuu virheistä tai ilmoituksen poisjäännistä rajoittuu enintään ilmoitushintaan.
6. Ilmoituksen peruuttaminen:
Peruutuksen on tapahduttava kirjallisesti ilmoituskonttoriin viimeisenä ilmoitustilan varauspäivänä. Määräajan jälkeen tapahtuneesta peruutuksesta veloitamme 40% ilmoituksen hinnasta.
7. Lehden vastuu ilmoituksesta:
Lehden vastuu virheistä tai ilmoituksen poisjäännistä rajoittuu enintään ilmoitushintaan.
Asiakas vastaa toimittamansa aineiston oikeellisuudesta ja siitä, että aineisto ja vedos vastaavat toisiaan.
Mikäli ilmoitusaineisto ei täytä valmiusastetta, veloitetaan ladonnasta, asettelusta jne. aiheutuvat kustannukset tehdyn työn mukaan nettohintoina. Myöhästyneestä ilmoitusaineistosta veloitetaan painon laskuttamat lisäkustannukset.
Lehdellä on oikeus olla julkaisematta ilmoitusta. Lehti omistaa valmistamansa ilmoitusaineiston, mikäli etukäteen ei ole toisin sovittu.
Ilmoittaja vastaa lehteen nähden siitä, että lehdelle annetun aineiston julkaiseminen tapahtuu kenenkään tekijänoikeutta loukkaamatta sekä että ilmoitus on lakien ja asetusten mukainen.
Muissa mainitsemattomissa seikoissa noudatetaan graafisen alan yleisiä ehtoja.
