SuPer magazine - enriching work and leisure SuPer is a magazine for the members of the Finnish Union of Practical Nurses and it reaches some 90 000 readers each month. Roughly 95% of the readers are women with an average age of 40+ years. SuPer’s readeship is loyal: each issue is read for an hour on average, and readers stay with the magazine year after year. SuPer has 11 yearly issues both in print and as an electronic edition with image collages, links to further information and short video clips supplementing the stories. June and July are covered by a generous double issue. SuPer-magazine is an advocate for practical nurses and good care. The content focuses strongly on professional matters important to professionals and students in the field. SuPer is also an active participant in social dialogue and investigates current affairs from many different viewpoints. Working life, wellbeing at work, supervision of interests, union news, relevant research, illnesses and treatment, nutrition and the good life are the stuff of each issue of SuPer. The electronic edition of SuPer is available under www.superliitto.fi/super-lehti. The magazine also has its own Instragram account under @superlehti_super.
